Needed things:

• Rubber band-1
• Beads garland-1
• Bobby pins-3 or more 
• Comb

Method:

• First comb the hair properly.
• Take small part of hair on the front side on head like in the picture.
• comb it nice and secure with the rubber band.Make sure your rubber band matches to your dress color or your hair color.
• See picture below.

• Now take the beads garland and tie it around the pony of rubber band.
• Secure it with the Bobby pins. 
• Bobby pins should match your hair color or the garland color.
